Suman Kulung (Grans Espais) loses more than 17 minutes on the penultimate stage, won by Dal B. Kundar, also from Nepal. Kundar, who is in third place in the men's general classification. Chhokki Sherpa (Grans Espais) won the stage for the fifth consecutive day in the women's category, ahead of another Nepali, Humi Budha, and Laia Gilibets secured third place in the general classification.

The Nepalese runner Suman Kulung (Grans Espais), continues to accumulate stage victories in this 2024 edition. Chhokki Sherpa (Grans Espais) also won the stage for the fourth consecutive day in the women's category and the Catalan Laia Gilibets continues to be third in the women's general classification.

For the third consecutive day, the runner Suman Kulung (Grans Espais) and the Nepalese Chhokki Sherpa (Grans Espais), Sherpa won the stage. The Spaniards Antonio Segovia (Segalia) in the men's category and Laia Gilibets in the women's category are fifth and third respectively in the general classification.
In the Everest Trail Race by Tuga, little is enough. The 28km of the third stage between Ringmo and Kharikhola showed almost 5,000 metres of accumulated elevation gain in the route book.

Suman Kulung (Grans Espacis) continues to widen his gap with second-placed Dal B. Kunwar (Dhap Municipality). Nepalese runner Chhoki Sherpa wins the stage again and consolidates her lead.
Cold night at the Everest Trail Race by Tuga camp. The participants have left Chyangsyngma at an altitude of 3,490 metres with a temperature of 6 degrees below zero to face the second stage of 27 km. The finish in Ringmo and almost 3,700 metres of accumulated altitude gain during the day.

Dhira B. Budha (Dhap Municipality) and Man K. Roka (Dhap Municipality) complete the first stage podium in Nepal. The Nepalese Chhoki Sherpa wins the women's category, followed by 12 minutes from the Catalan woman Laia Gilibets.
The local athletes have set a very intense pace from the beginning as great connoisseurs of the territory, but Suman Kulung (Grands Espais) has won 3 editions of the Everest Trail Race by Tuga (2017-2019-2023) and as a local runner he was the best favourite to win the 23km first stage between Dhap and Chyangsyngma.

On Friday the trail running race starts with 6 stages, 170 km and 26,000 metres of elevation gain in the Himalayas of Nepal.
The favourite to win the Everest Trail Race by Tuga is Nepalese runner Suman Kulung Rai, who is looking for a new victory after winning the 2017, 2019 and 2023 editions.
